Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate project for roofing/windows and exterior finishes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires proficiency in various construction management software and tools, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate project scheduling and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, compliance with safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
  • Oversee construction estimating processes to ensure accurate budgeting for materials and labor.
  • Implement effective time management strategies to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status, including any issues or delays that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of construction site operations.
  • Understanding of Roofing systems, waterproofing methods, and rain screen installation.
  • Experience in Window/door glazing industry is a preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, contracts, and schematics related to construction projects.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience in project coordination and management within the construction industry is essential.
