Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien.This position will report directly to the Director, Engineering.What you will do:Develop a Hoists and Shafts Integrity Program.Support for hoisting equipment and activities.Support for hoist maintenance activities.Develop methods for improved hoisting efficiency.Hoisting Metrics and KPI development and monitoringProvide assistance in Incident Investigations, within hoisting disciplineWhat you will bring:10 years' experience in an industrial environment preferred, with subject matter expertise in hoisting is preferredDiploma in Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology or a related technology program from an accredited institutionKnowledgeable on the electrical/mechanical components of hoisting systemsFamiliar with all standards, codes, and regulations associated with hoists.Ready to make an impact with us?
