About Us

Guru Kitchen + Bar is a modern Indian dining experience known for innovative cuisine, elevated service, and a vibrant atmosphere. We are looking for a dynamic and hospitality-driven individual to join our team in a hybrid role combining serving, bartending, and supervisory responsibilities.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, crafting high-quality beverages, and supporting daily floor operations. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and strives for excellence in every guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests.
  • Prepare cocktails and beverages to Guru's quality and presentation standards.
  • Support smooth floor operations, including section leadership and shift flow.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and daily cash-out procedures.
  • Guide and support team members during service, helping maintain consistency and pace.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Uphold cleanliness, safety, and company policies at all times.
  • Contribute to training new staff when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous serving and bartending experience in a fast-paced or upscale environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and anticipate guest needs.
  • Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits (willing to train the right person).
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A team-first mindset and passion for hospitality.
