IT Assistant

- Provide remote and onsite support via phone, email, remote access tools, and in-person visits
- Troubleshoot user issues across phones, Wi-Fi, printers, scanners, and general workstation/device access (Windows, Mac, and iOS)
- Set up and configure new user accounts, workstations, mobile devices, and application access
- Travel to clinics across BC as needed for onsite troubleshooting and setup
- Track and manage support tickets using to ensure timely resolutions
- Install, test, maintain, and upgrade approved antivirus and security tools
- Assist the IT Lead with system monitoring, network administration tasks, and infrastructure optimization
- Participate in setup and relocation of clinic IT environments (workstations, network devices, cabling, phones, etc.)
- Identify and record frequently asked questions or recurring problems to help develop IT guides and documentation
- Contribute to testing and rollout of new tools or technologies to improve efficiency and minimize downtime
- Take ownership of small IT projects under guidance of IT Lead
- Support the IT Lead with additional duties related to evolving technology and operational needs across clinic locations
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
