The Opportunity:
We're looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team for 6 months.
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Bilingual Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting great talent to our TA Team and ultimately our hiring managers. The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will build relationships within Aviso to understand the strategic objectives and regional sourcing needs of the client base while simultaneously championing the recruitment process.
This can be a remote role, however for those who would like to come into the office we are at 151 Yonge St, Toronto, ON.

What your day looks like:
- Participate in full-cycle recruitment, including attending hiring manager intakes and supporting the creation of phone screen and interview preparation guides
- Executing source strategies, performing pre-screening, discerning appropriate candidates, preparing submissions and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Source for candidates using referral networks, job boards, social and professional networks, and our existing database
- Providing an exceptional candidate experience from point of engagement through to hire
- Developing trust with candidates and hiring managers with the capacity to clearly articulate the employee value proposition
- Leverage creative messaging and networking strategies to recruit and engage top talent
- Maintain timely and accurate updates in recruitment forms, logs and ATS
Requirements
Your experience and skills:
- Post secondary education in business or HR preferred
- 4+ years of recruitment experience in the financial services industry
- Experience using an ATS, and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Demonstrated talent for building relationships and fostering collaboration
- Exceptional communication skills within the recruitment process in leading interviews, and facilitation, both virtually and in-person
- Experience in professional recruiting and sourcing with a focus on a strong manager and candidate experience in a timely manner
- Experience conducting thorough phone screens to document and evaluate skills, strengths, and experience in alignment with compensation expectations
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work through sensitive situations tactfully
- A team player who contributes to the team's success
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English and French is required to effectively communicate with partners, candidates, and colleagues across Canada

Salary
This position is posted with an expected salary range of $40 - $50 CAD per hour. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
