We are looking for a Programming Technical Lead to play a critical role in shaping cloud computing strategies within our Central Technologies group. This is a team that develops a collection of backend and frontend services to support and enhance multiple Behaviour games. This senior-level position requires extensive experience and expertise in cloud technologies, DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and programming. In this role you will : Analyze requirements and develop architectural plans to support both game and development services, in collaboration with the techinal director. Design, implement, and oversee cloud computing strategies and solutions for live game infrastructure. Provide technical leadership, including conducting code reviews and mentoring junior team members. Plan, organize, and manage multiple responsibilities like tasks estimates to meet project objectives. Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and meetings. Get hands-on when necessary to unblock the development in difficult situations. What we're looking for: This is a senior-level position requiring experience in building and architecting distributed applications within cloud enterprise environments, including AWS and/or Azure, using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, EKS, AKS and Kubernetes is required. Proficiency in automation tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager for deploying cloud infrastructure. Ability to set up and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, utilizing tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, and Gitlab. You need to be solution-oriented and possess a collaborative spirit. Dans ce rôle vous devrez : Analyser les besoins et développer des plans d'architecture pour soutenir les services de jeu et de développement en collaboration avec le Directeur Technique; Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et superviser les stratégies et solutions de cloud computing pour l'infrastructure des jeux en ligne; Fournir un leadership technique, notamment en réalisant des revues de code et en encadrant les membres juniors de l'équipe; Planifier, organiser et gérer plusieurs tâches afin d'atteindre les objectifs du projet; Collaborer avec les équipes pour favoriser une amélioration continue des processus, des outils et des réunions; Intervenir directement lorsque nécessaire pour débloquer le développement dans des situations. Nous recherchons un·e Chef·fe Technique en Programmation pour jouer un rôle clé dans la définition des stratégies de cloud computing au sein de notre groupe Technologies Centrales. Cette équipe développe une collection de services backend et frontend pour soutenir et améliorer plusieurs jeux de Behaviour. Ce poste de niveau senior requiert une vaste expérience et une expertise approfondie dans les technologies cloud, les pratiques DevOps, l'infrastructure en tant que code et la programmation
