Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This position requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of human resources practices, and the ability to negotiate effectively. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive HR sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, or Workday to manage candidate applications and streamline the recruitment process.
  • Engage in cold calling and lead generation to attract passive candidates and expand the talent pool.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate discussions between candidates and hiring managers to ensure alignment on expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress through the recruitment pipeline using HRIS tools like ADP or Kronos.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to support employee relations initiatives and training & development programs for new hires.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Experience

  • Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition within a corporate environment is essential.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Salesforce, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing offers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with candidates at all levels.
  • Experience in sales or lead generation is a plus, contributing to the ability to attract top talent effectively.
