Toronto, Ontario, Canada Mount Sinai Hospital (Toronto), Sinai Health Full time

Precision in MRI is more than image quality, it's about delivering the right answers when they matter most. As Supervisor, MRI, you are employed by Sinai Health with accountability at Mount Sinai Hospital and additional accountability at Women's College Hospital, offering a unique opportunity to lead across two sites. In this capacity, you'll guide these teams with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. What sets this role apart is our membership in the Joint Department of Medical Imaging (JDMI), which provides you with the opportunity to collaborate across multiple hospitals, sharing best practices and shaping MRI protocols alongside peers at other leading institutions. With new technologies on the horizon, you'll join a group driving continuous innovation in imaging. This is your chance to lead with expertise, contribute to meaningful advancements, and elevate MRI services in a hospital environment that values collaboration and progress.

Is this you?
You are a leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, ensuring MRI teams operate efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Your ability to mentor and support staff is evident in the way you provide guidance on complex scans, address workflow challenges, and ensure technologists have the resources they need. You take initiative in refining protocols, sharing insights with peers across multiple hospitals to drive improvements in MR safety, safety in general, efficiency and image quality. Your leadership ensures a seamless imaging experience that enhances clinical decision-making.

Are you skilled at solving operational challenges while balancing administrative responsibilities? You anticipate workflow bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions, whether it's optimizing scanner utilization or troubleshooting technical issues, to keep imaging services running smoothly. With strong time management attributes, you effectively balance competing priorities, from staffing adjustments to payroll, attendance tracking, and performance management, ensuring seamless operations. With strong organizational skills and a proactive approach, you improve efficiency while supporting both staff and patient care.

Thriving in this role means achieving balance: guiding operations at Mount Sinai Hospital and Women's College Hospital through our service agreement.

If you are committed to delivering a seamless and patient-centered MRI experience, you understand that clear communication, transparency, and effective body language play a crucial role in putting patients at ease. Your ability to explain procedures with sensitivity and professionalism fosters trust, improving both safety and cooperation during scans. With a strong attention to detail, you ensure image quality meets the highest standards, giving clinicians the clarity they need for confident decision-making.
