Schedule & Shifts

  • We're open 7 days a week — team members work 5 days on rotation
  • Shifts are typically 7–8 hours
  • Morning shifts start between 6:30 and 7:00 AM
  • Closing shifts go until 8:30 PM or when the day's tasks are complete
  • Weekend availability is required
  • This is a committed role — not a casual side gig

Typing Speed Required

We process a high volume of phone, email, and in-person orders daily. Accuracy and speed are non-negotiable.

  • Minimum typing speed: 50 words per minute (WPM)
  • Typing test required as part of the application
  • Orders are entered in real-time using QuickBooks

Key Responsibilities

  • Take and enter customer orders with speed and precision
  • Prep and process floral shipments (cold, physical work)
  • Wrap and pack arrangements for delivery
  • Clean, organize, mop, sweep, and maintain work areas
  • Handle emotional customer interactions with care and professionalism

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Works quickly and accurately under pressure
  • Has strong communication and listening skills
  • Is comfortable with physical, hands-on tasks
  • Can balance creativity with structure and deadlines

Peak Holiday Availability

Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas are our busiest seasons. Full team participation is expected during these times.
