is expanding and looking for an experienced
Recruiter
to join our in-house team in Mississauga. We are a trusted staffing partner to some of Ontario's top employers, connecting qualified talent with opportunities across the GTA and beyond.

We're seeking a results-oriented professional with strong recruitment experience — someone who understands the fast-paced nature of the staffing industry and has successfully managed hiring for clients
outside the GTA
as well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for light industrial, skilled trades, and administrative roles.
  • Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates using multiple sourcing channels.
  • Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver high-quality talent solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various geographic regions (including areas beyond the GTA).
  • Manage onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes for new hires.
  • Maintain strong client and candidate relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Achieve monthly recruitment and placement targets in line with agency goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    3 years of recruitment experience
    , preferably in a staffing agency environment.
  • Experience managing recruitment
    outside of the GTA
    (e.g., Niagara, Hamilton, Kitchener, or London areas).
  • Strong sourcing, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and job posting platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Must be available to work
    on-site at our Mississauga office
