About The Opportunity…
As an integral part of the "we can do that" operation, this position is a part-time position with required saturdays that is responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors to the dealership, handling telephone communications, and championing administrative duties. Specifically:

• welcome customers visiting the showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
• operate a multi-line telephone system and respond to customer inquiries
• review and respond to electronic mail quickly and in a courteous and professional manner
• perform administrative tasks and functions, including word processing, data input
• coordinate and process customer payments

About You….
Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service, including:

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service and/or reception
• Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
• ability to maintain professionalism
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
• a desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• a proven commitment to quality of work
