Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the continuous operation, safety, and efficiency of our fitness facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, along with leadership experience to oversee maintenance activities. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly impact operational success and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and facility infrastructure
  • Maintain cleanliness and operation of changerooms, bathrooms, gym floor, and other related areas.
  • Follow safety protocols upheld by the facility.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
  • Assist in training team members on new procedures or equipment operation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance
  • Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices, safety standards
  • Ability to oversee maintenance operations effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration
  • Customer service orientation to support internal clients' needs effectively
  • Must be available on weekends and some weeknights

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
