Strata Management Assistant

Our Strata Management Team is looking to add a detail oriented, motivated, and energetic individual to work in our fast paced, dynamic environment. While this position is to cover maternity leave, there is a real possibility that this position will be upgraded to permanent.

Job requirements include:

  • proficiently use Word, Excel and Outlook and ability to learn new, industry specific or industry related software
  • strong written and oral communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks, work well under pressure, and to meet deadlines
  • exceptional time management and organization skills, ability to problem solve, and work under pressure
  • ability to competently draft correspondence, letters, and documents and prepare forms with accuracy and on a timely basis
  • liaise with Owners, tenants and contractors

Usual hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm, and we offer a flexible benefits program. This position could be a stepping stone to becoming a licensed Strata Manager, for an individual wishing to expand their opportunities.
