About Us: At Dynamix Agitators Inc., we engineer and manufacture high-performance mixers and agitators for industrial process markets across North America and beyond. Our clients include some of the world’s top companies in energy, chemicals, water treatment, and natural resources.Role Summary: We’re looking for a hands-on Inside Sales Manager who can elevate our Inside and Outside Sales teams strengthen sales discipline, and tighten alignment with Marketing and Application Engineering.Firstly, you’ll oversee our Inside Sales Engineers (ISEs), develop stronger customer interactions, that bind and deliver our engineering service and mixing solutions. This will be facilitated by our marketing automation activities. This will not require a technical admin, but as the leader who has the vision for providing this capability today.Your mission: increase and control recurring engineered sales through our sales channels.Core Responsibilities: Inside Sales Leadership (Primary Focus): Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of sales and application engineersManage and build a cohesive inside and outside sales team which effectively connects to our engineering and manufacturing teams.Ensure fast response times, quality discovery, and clean handoffs to Manufacturing.Run weekly pipeline reviews, reinforcing consistent standards across all opportunities.Maintain clear expectations around activity levels, customer engagement, and documentation.Sales Process & Alignment: Translate marketing campaigns into actionable call plans, talk tracks, and discovery templates.Strengthen collaboration between Inside Sales, Marketing, and App Eng to improve win rates.Reinforce an education-based sales approach to help prospects understand their mixing applications and select the right engineered solution.Marketing Automation & Systems Oversight (Secondary Focus): Oversee how leads flow from marketing into inside sales and back.Ensure timely follow-up and consistent process.Partner with Marketing to guide email, inbound, and nurture programs that support ISE outreach.Required Qualifications: 5+ years leading or managing an inside-sales team in a technical, industrial, or B2B environment.Strong sales-management discipline: coaching, call reviews, accountability, and structured cadences.Experience working with marketing-led lead flow, automation tools, or CRM-driven sales processes.Solid understanding of long-cycle industrial or engineered solutions selling.Strong understanding of Rep Channel ManagementClear communicator who builds process — and ensures they are followed.Why Join Dynamix?
