Our award-winning services have made us a leader in our industry, and our talented team helps us achieve excellence in our work.Vacancy: 1Pay: $50,000-60,000 annually.Benefits after 3 months.Company matching RRSP after one year of employment.Location: In-Office, 340 Regional Road 20, Hannon, ON.Qualifications and/or Educational Requirements:1-2 years of Canadian experience (Project Coordinator or Project Administrator) is a must.Construction Engineering Technology or Civil Engineering Technician certificate or Degree, any Architectural Certificates, Certified Project Manager, etc.Able to read blueprints and understand elevations.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong Computer skills in Excel, Word Pro, Auto Cad, Microsoft Project Manager, and Adobe Reader.Valid driver’s license with a good driver's abstract.Job Duties:Work alongside the Project Manager and will be responsible for assisting in the successful planning and execution of projects.Assist in all phases of the construction project, including; coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, work is proceeding on schedule and within budget, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the job. Assist in hiring of sub trades, purchasing of materials, complete the daily and weekly project schedule, etc.Maintain and manage all administrative documentation generated on projects.Attend various site meetings with clients, architects, engineers, etc. as may be required, and maintain an excellent working relationship with them.Review the project costs vs. planned cost and report to the Project Manager.Oakridge Group is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all interested parties.
