**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Maintain cleanliness of kennels, play areas, and other facilities by performing regular cleaning tasks.
- Feed, water, and exercise animals according to established schedules.
- Monitor the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns to the supervisor.
- Assist in administering medications as directed by supervisor or management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' needs and care.
- Help with the intake and discharge process of pets, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Support other staff members in daily operations and participate in team meetings.

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with pet owners and address their concerns.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks, including moving large bags of food or handling larger animals safely.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their care and well-being.
- Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
