Winter Tractor/loader Operators

Family owned and operated business since 2001, direct deposit pay, paid on time, every time, all equipment is less then 5 years old. All vehicles have company iPads with routing software.

We have following positions available:
1 - Tractor Operator - Pusher on front and blower on back, shoveling required approx. 30 walkways. This is a combination of commercial property and residential driveways.

2 - Tractor Operator - Pusher on front and blower on back, shoveling and salting required of commercial walkways. This is a mainly commercial route.

3 - Loader Operator - Pusher on front, shoveling and salting required of commercial walkways. This is a mainly commercial route.
- Must be available 24/7, November 15 2024 - Apr 15, 2025.
- Must have reliable transportation to shop in Utopia.
- Hours dependent on snow falls, typical hours are 11pm - 8am.
- $24-$28 per hour.
- **Experience with heavy equipment (loader, tractor, etc.) required**:

- Experience with minor repairs of plows, salters, hydraulic hoses, install and removal of salters into trucks including minor electrical trouble shooting an asset
- Fall working doing leaf clean ups available if interested

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Utopia, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- snow removal: 2 years (required)
- Heavy equipment operation: 2 years (required)
