**Overview**
**Duties**
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and improve overall performance.
- Manage inventory levels, including pricing strategies and stock replenishment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll processing, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive shopping experience.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in retail or store management is preferred.
- Strong recruiting skills with the ability to identify top talent.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Proficient in training development techniques to foster employee growth.
- Solid mathematical skills for pricing and inventory management tasks.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Knowledge of sales management principles to drive performance outcomes.

Pay: $18.20-$20.00 per hour
