**What You’ll Be Doing - Virtually**

As a Technical Sales Representative, you'll be making outbound calls from your home office, representing **Reliance Home Comfort,**Canada’s trusted name in home HVAC solutions.

You’ll reach out to existing clients to promote products like furnaces, water heaters, air conditioners, and protection plans.

Your goal? Build great conversations, promote solutions, and drive customer sign-ups through engaging and professional remote interactions.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re seeking high-energy, results-focused individuals who are excited to work from home and ready to hit the ground running. If you’re driven by performance, comfortable using technology, and love sales - you’ll do great here

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound sales calls to existing customers
- Promote products and solutions in a friendly, professional manner
- Build trust and educate customers on the value of our protection plans
- Achieve individual and team-based sales targets
- Maintain strong communication with remote team leads and peers

**Requirements**:

- Must reside in **PEI** or **Sudbury**:

- Must have a **reliable internet connection** and a quiet workspace
- Minimum **1 year of call center experience (preferred)**:

- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Available for **8-9 hour shifts**, Monday to Saturday
- **Saturday availability is mandatory** (Non-negotiable)

**Training & Commitment**
- **Mandatory 2-day virtual training** provided
- **1-year commitment required**:

**Compensation & Perks**
- **Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
- **Additional Pay**: Commission pay
