**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project and Office Administrator to support project teams and manage daily office operations. This role combines project coordination tasks with general office administration to ensure smooth workflow across the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support Project Managers with documentation, scheduling, and communication.
- Maintain organized project files and track deadlines.
- Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and project reporting.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relations, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and handle general inquiries.
- Support onboarding of new employees and coordinate meetings.
- Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in project administration and/or office management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); project management software experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Construction or project-based industry experience preferred.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON (L0J): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
