**MAJOR DUTIES**:
Note: This is a 12-month contract position to cover a maternity leave. The Campus Recruiter will be based in the greater Tri-Cities area and will support a client group within the Industrial Automation Division.

This is a hybrid role—you will primarily work remotely, but you will be expected to attend occasional in-person meetings at the office and external events at post-secondary institutions.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Full cycle recruitment for the intern/co-op/apprenticeship program and supports full-time entry-level jobs recruitment
- Work with hiring managers to align on and promote diversity within campus recruiting plans
- Lead the recruiting programs to build brand recognition and recruit top talent for roles
- Create campus recruiting strategies to drive student engagement and position ATS as an employer of choice for post-secondary students.
- Build relationships with post-secondary institutions to maintain a pipeline of exceptional talent for future internships/co-ops/apprenticeships and entry-level opportunities
- Participate in career fairs, information sessions, and other networking events
- Coordinate and support hiring managers in conducting interviews
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop the ATS campus brand
- Work with leaders to forecast future co-op needs to ensure capacity meets demand.
- Report on key metrics and actively participate in problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives to improve performance
- Support the onboarding process for co-op/interns/apprenticeships
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**:

- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience and Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in the field of campus recruitment preferred
- Experienced in all aspects of the recruitment process (interviewing, preparing/presenting offers, background checks and reference checks)
- Experience using an applicant tracking systems (ATS) required
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills are required.
- Strong project management experience including establishing action plans is a must.
- Experience in leveraging continuous improvement methodologies and problem solving would be an asset.
