Administrative Receptionist

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner. Give a personalized experience and build rapport with recurring clients
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
- Handle booking, scheduling of classes, and private sessions using our fitness boutique software system (Mariana Tek)
- Maintain office files and records both electronically and physically
- Assist with proofreading documents for errors
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Process payments, memberships, and retail sales accurately.
- Support the team with general administrative duties
- Provide information on the Lagree Method and studio offerings to prospective members
- Create and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Monitor and respond to social media messages and comments in a timely manner
- Address and resolve member concerns or issues with a focus on providing excellent service
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
- Proficiency in basic accounting tasks, and typing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Experience with fitness boutique software management system(s) is a plus
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment operation
- Social media experience is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $16.75-$25.94 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
