Dance Instructor

**Job Summary**
**Arthur Murray White Rock** is looking for confident, people-oriented individuals to join our team as **Ballroom Dance Instructors**.
No dance experience? No problem — we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

**Responsibilities**
- Train in ballroom and Latin dance styles (Paid in-house training provided)
- Teach private and group lessons to students
- Help people reach goals like social confidence, fitness, and performance
- Work in a strong team culture that values growth and excellence
- Support studio events, parties, and community outreach
- Represent an international brand that’s been changing lives for over 100 years

**Qualifications**
- No dance experience required — we provide full training, however a customer service, or athletic background would be **considered an asset**:

- Motivated to learn, grow, and challenge yourself
- Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for movement, music, or helping others improve
- Comfortable teaching in one-on-one and group settings (after training)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
