High River Cleaning offers five star cleaning services to High River (primarily) and Okotok's residents. Our unique cleaning style is what makes us different than most companies out there. You MUST love to clean, enjoy a team environment, have attention to detail, and be reliable and professional. This is a physically demanding job so you need to have good physical capabilities. It is crucially important that you know how to clean a home, top to bottom, to begin with. You also MUST have a vehicle.

We work as a group so training and tweaking happen while on the job. The ability to be a quick learner, work well independently and be a team player is crucial. We welcome those interested in the position to message me (403-652-4376) and make arrangements to stop by a clean to see how we work first hand. This is not an easy job but we make it fun and help people along the way. I have a training site to learn about our expectations. This is a Monday-Friday job 845am-4pm usually with some evenings on commercial cleans, weekends off. We clean in High River and one day/biweekly in Okotoks.

I am hiring casual workers as well as ONE thorough cleaner who will work Monday-Friday. The better a cleaner you are, and if you show initiative, the more hours you will receive. I am seeking to hire one of the team as a second lead as well. When you commit to a cleaning date you MUST be THERE. If you don't show up for the interview I have to assume you will do the same on a work day. Reliability is essential.

We work Monday to Friday with some commercial cleans on the weekend/evening. Extra pay is given on commercial and deep cleans($26/hr). Residential cleans pay $18/hr. to start unless I see that you have experience in which case you will start at $19/hr.

Too many companies do the bare minimum. THIS is NOT that style of cleaning company. Expectations are high.

It is important that you understand and are well versed in house cleaning to begin with. We can tweak your skills along the way but preference will always be given to those that have cleaned homes/hotels prior because you must have speed AND accuracy.

This is a fast paced environment so you must be up for the physical challenge. We climb stairs, work on our knees etc. Reliability and speed is impartitive.

My goal is to have long term staff and yes, you must have a driver's license/car. We carpool alot but your shift may start mid-day. Criminal record check required.
