**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Understand client needs and develop strategies to meet their goals
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on account status and address any concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business development opportunities
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients
- Prepare reports on account performance, including sales forecasts and revenue projections
**Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor's degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- **3+ working experience** in account management or sales role
- **Strong leadership skills** with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**:
- Proficiency in **Mandarin (required)**:
- Ability to **analyze data and make strategic recommendations** based on market trends
- Demonstrated ability to **negotiate contracts** and close sales deals
- **Self-motivated** with a results-driven mindset
Job Type**:Full-time**
Salary**:$48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year**
