We are currently seeking experienced Direct Support Professionals.

Community Living Belleville and Area is a non-profit organization that has provided a range of services and supports to adults and children with intellectual disabilities for over 70 years, and we are looking to expand our team

As a part time employee, you will support people to achieve their personal goals and facilitate relationships, skills and roles which promote people’s effective participation in the typical and valued life of the community using “Personal Outcome Measures”. We support people in community homes, community participation supports, families in community and out of home respite.

Requirements: Successful completion of the Child & Youth Worker, Developmental Services Worker, Early Childhood Educator, Social Service Worker, Community Services & Justice Worker, Behavioral Science Technologist, or other college diploma and/or university degree applicable to the specific position.

1-2 years experience in Human Services working with children, youth and families.

A personal philosophy in human services that is consistent with the mission, vision, goals, and values of Community Living Belleville and Area.

Current C.P.R and First Aid certification.

Valid G level Driver’s License and clear drivers' abstract.

Must demonstrate initiative, maturity, good physical condition, and a want to advocate for others. **We are a 24/7 work environment and you must be available to work all days and all shifts including weekends.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $27.74-$28.18 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
