The Port Hope Golf & Country Club winds through the grounds of the historic Penryn Park on the bluffs of Lake Ontario, offering a challenging 18 hole course. We are a premier golf course dedicating to providing top-tier service to our members and guests. Our Pro Shop is the hub for all things sports-related, offering high-quality equipment, apparel, and expert advice. We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused **Pro Shop/Clubhouse Attendant** to enhance our service to all members, Pro Shop guests, and Golf & Country Club guests. Must be available to work shifts including weekends and holidays.

**Responsibilities**
- Greeting and responding to the enquiries of guests, golfers, sales people, members, etc.
- Processing golfers onto the course, payments, providing instructions to new visitors
- Courteously answers telephone calls and handles enquiries personally or directs them to the appropriate department or person and maintains vigilance with respect to member and guest concerns
- Ensures that all customers have their order taken in a prompt and courteous manner
- Issue green fees, power cart rentals, pull cart rentals, club rentals, parking/washing golf carts
- Booking tee times for members and guests

**Qualifications**
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of golf is a plus
- Must hold valid Smart Serve certification
- Ability to perform physical job functions during all weather conditions
- Possess strong communication skills and ability to work in team environment
