We are building our Sales team, and we are looking for a results-driven, qualified **Regional Sales Manager** who will play a key role in establishing strong customer relationships and generate interest and demand for the FuelPositive onsite, containerized green ammonia production systems. As we are a growing organization, this position will initially report to the COO, and it may shift in the near future.
**Who we are**:
FuelPositive is a Canadian-based, clean technology company, working to fight climate change by creating and developing practical, clean, and sustainable carbon-free solutions that can be implemented economically now. Above all, we believe in being kind - to the earth, to each other, and to ourselves. We believe that being kind will pay dividends for us all. It’s all about Fuel for a Mindful World.
**What we make**:
We are a progressive and dynamic team committed to providing solutions to solving climate change. Our onsite, containerized, Green Ammonia production technology disrupts the traditional model and sets a new standard for sustainability. If you want to make a Positive impact, be relevant and make a change, join our team and become a part of the solution
**What YOU will do**:
Reporting to the and working closely with our Agricultural Implementation Advisor, and the Senior Leadership Team, the Regional Sales Manager will champion our Sales initiatives and will be based out of the prairie provinces, in Canada.
**Who YOU are**:
You’ve seen our values, and they resonate with you. You are an experienced Sales professional with an agricultural background. You have an understanding of farming and agronomic trends associated with agriculture. You feel comfortable being on farms as majority of your travel will be “field visits” to farms. You will draw from your years of sales experience to grow our market, sales and revenue. You have experience selling complex, commercial systems. As part of your education, you have a degree or diploma in agriculture, business, marketing or a related field. You have working knowledge and experience using Salesforce or other CRMs. You are proficient in MS Office. As a Sales Representative you are accustomed to travel within Canada and occasionally to the U.S. and other countries. You are a self-starter, able to problem solve as things come up, and you know when to escalate the issue to find a proper resolution. You know when to reach out for additional support and you are nimble when priorities shift through the organization.
**Why you will love us**:
We are a team in the truest sense of the word. As a group, we are looking to make a positive impact in our world, and are excited to have others join us. Each person we invite to join the team shares our values and will be able to provide specific skills to guide us in achieving our mission. We want to create a space where you can show up as you are - you can share with us, learn with us, and grow with us as a valued member of our team.
**Perks of joining us**:
We offer competitive compensation (base salary + commission); we want to find the right person for this position, and we will compensate accordingly based on the experience you bring. You will also have an expense account and a car allowance/paid mileage. We like to build trust with our employees, so payroll is deposited on the first of each month in advance for the full month. Additionally, we want to prioritize your wellness - you will be part of our comprehensive benefit plan and enjoy paid time off, including our pilot Flexible Friday program, which will help to support your health and wellbeing.
This policy applies to all employment practices within our organization, including hiring, recruiting, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, leave of absence, compensation, benefits, training, and apprenticeship. We make hiring decisions based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs at the time.
