We are seeking a highly organized design & marketing coordinator who is a great communicator and loves a team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule all appointments and manage calendars for Marketing & Design team
- Proof and edit various marketing materials
- Gather quotations and place orders for various marketing materials
- Research suppliers and vendors to provide product and price comparisons
- Coordinate communication and follow up with clients
- Review invoices for accuracy and post to department budget spreadsheets
- Coordination of mail walk paperwork through Canada Post
- Print and prepare various marketing materials
- Delivering or assisting with agent and staff training / workshops across the organization
- Track actual costs related to projects and compare to budgets
- Cascade regular internal design messages across the organization
- Meet and onboard new agents to the brokerage to discuss marketing and design needs
- Continued followup with agents, providing regular updates on marketing efforts
- Communicate project statuses and deliverables
- Support the design team with various programs, events, promotions, campaigns
- Coordinate tasks to completion with all members of the Marketing & Design team
- Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong technical and computer skills
- Strong knowledge of the Google Platform (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Slides etc)
- Exceptional organization and coordination skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment
- Ability to properly estimate and meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines

**What we offer**:

- **Compensation**: $32,000 per year during probationary period of 3 months, with potential to increase to $35,000 per year thereafter. Salary is paid twice monthly by direct deposit. Additional annual bonus of up to $1,500, based on performance and targets.
- **Vacation Entitlement**: Your vacation entitlement will be 2 weeks per annum.
- **Benefits**: Medical, dental and accidental death coverage is paid 60% by the Company. Other benefits such as Life Insurance, Long Term Disability and other optional coverages are available as part of the group plan but are not covered by the Company.
- **Expenses**: The company will provide a computer and cell phone as well as cover the costs of reasonable expenses related to your responsibilities.
