Our client, a **global leader in the gas and chemical industry**, is seeking a driven **Regional Sales Manager** to join their team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of business development and account growth within your assigned territory. You’ll be responsible for driving sales results, building long-term partnerships, and identifying new opportunities in a highly dynamic market.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales pipelines within your territory, balancing account management with new business development.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing solutions tailored to client needs.
- Identify potential leads through proactive outreach, including in-person visits and phone calls.
- Deliver on profitability goals by expanding business with current clients and securing new partnerships.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the company’s value offerings and communicate them effectively to clients.
- Support go-to-market initiatives, including promotions, campaigns, and product rollouts.
- Negotiate long-term supply agreements to establish stability and client loyalty.
- Ensure accurate account details, pricing information, and contract documentation are maintained.
- Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to provide actionable insights.
- Present products and services to prospective customers, showcasing their value and benefits.

**Education & Experience**
- Post-secondary education (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- High school diploma or GED considered with strong, proven sales experience.

**Skills & Attributes**
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder.
- Self-starter who thrives in business development and consultative sales.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
