**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose issues with transmissions and differentials through inspection and testing.
- Disassemble, repair, and rebuild transmission and differential components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret repair manuals to ensure accurate repairs and installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems.
- Conduct quality control checks on rebuilt components to ensure they meet industry standards.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in transmission and differential systems.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for assembly, fabrication, and repair tasks.
- Experience in welding techniques is a plus for certain fabrication tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are critical for successful diagnostics and repairs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
