The People & Culture (P&C) enables our people to be at their best and supports the best employee experiences. You will work with a dedicated local P&C team at ARC’One which takes care of all aspects of P&C for the dedicated manufacturing and distribution employees and brings company-wide initiatives to reality.

**If you were the People & Culture Coordinator now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing**:

- Process new hires, promotions, and other internal changes in company HRIS Workday and other systems where people data is stored
- Support data entry and review, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all systems and touchpoints in a timely way
- Execute company onboarding program in ARC’One, including but not limited to coordinating presenters, setting up calendar invites, arranging logistics and ensuring our new hires are fully set up on their first day under warm and welcoming environment
- Continuously strive to evolve P&C operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work collaboratively to provide quality support to our employees and people leaders
- Answer P&C related inquiries in a timely way, communicating effectively with employees and people leaders the information they need or directing them to find the right information as required
- Ongoing tracking and preparing of people related data and reports as required to support effective decision across the P&C team
- Support the planning and execution of company events including cultural celebrations and other brand initiatives
- Support other P&C projects and programs as required

**Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future**:

- Take on projects that touch on different key pillars of P&C such as Employee Experience, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, and Learning and Development
- Build relationships with and learn from bigger P&C team especially others who work with P&C operations, data and systems
- Build relationship with frontline workers and leaders to be their first choice of support for all things P&C

**Are you our next People & Culture Coordinator?**:

- You have a post-secondary education and 1+ years’ experience in an operational role within HR, customer service, administration, or other relevant field
- You maintain professionalism in dealing with high volumes of sensitive and confidential information
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office
- You are exceptionally organized with an eye for detail and accuracy
- You are open and approachable with a customer-service focused mentality
- You are inquisitive and are excited with evaluating and evolving existing processes with curiosity
- You have a highly collaborative working style and the ability to communicate effectively to peers and people leaders
- You have strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Your experience with HRIS, especially Workday, is an asset
- Your ability to speak a second language is an asset
- Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
