Small Appliance Technician

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance malfunctions using schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform repairs on various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and HVAC systems.
- Assemble and install new appliances as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about issues and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used for each job.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while working on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred.
- Strong electrical experience with a solid understanding of schematics.
- Mechanical knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and repair appliances.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
