Vancouver, Canada Bosa Properties Full time

About The Company:
Bosa Properties Inc. (“BPI”) is an end-to-end real estate company offering human-centered solutions for property development and management. Based out of Vancouver, Canada, our team of in-house experts work across residential, commercial and master-planned projects, with a growing residential portfolio that includes more than 22,000 homes that are built or under development, and an income portfolio that includes 5.5 million square feet of retail, industrial, office and rental properties under management.

We are an organization of high achievers and believe what is created in community is always better than what is created in isolation. We set high expectations and support you in achieving excellence. We are building a trusted community to collaborate, learn from each other and deliver results.

About The Role:
Bosa Properties is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team of talented real estate professionals. Reporting to the Director of Customer Care, this individual will have a unique opportunity to act as the front line of Bosa Properties, ensuring that homeowners’ concerns are addressed, and their expectations are met, in a professional and timely manner. The Customer Care Representative plays a key role in homeowner orientations, suite inspections and coordinating repairs for deficiencies across the company’s project portfolio.

**What You'll Do**
- Schedule and complete suite pre-inspections, inspections, and homeowner orientations;
- Respond to questions regarding the inspection process and act as a community liaison;
- Offer solutions to best meet customer needs, according to company standards;
- Maintain adequate stock of supplies, equipment, parts, and materials needed to complete warranty work orders and keep track of inventory;
- Collaborate with the Customer Care Team to communicate service item status, prioritization, and timing to complete requested warranty work.

In addition to the typical day, projects arise and will require you to:

- Evaluate warranty reports and coordinate necessary repairs with trade contractors as needed;
- Liaise with Axiom Builders’ team to resolve complex issues or escalate concerns on timely resolution from suppliers and trades;
- Help support with urgent situations on-site, in close coordination with the Strata managers or the Bosa Properties property management teams;
- Support the Director of Customer Care with other duties as required.

What You Bring:

- Three (3) years of experience working on warranty and deficiency management on multi-family and mixed-use real estate projects;
- Understanding of building technology and typical building maintenance procedures;
- Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and maintain trust and integrity for yourself and the company;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and adapt to changing needs;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Experience with report writing and online reporting platforms will be considered an asset;
- The ability to self-perform home repairs with a high degree of quality and efficiency is considered an asset.

**Salary**

The expected base salary range for this role is $61,100-$84,000. Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.

**Who You Are**
- Trustworthy: You lead with trust when interacting with your team and other departments. You proactively build trust by demonstrating credibility, empathy, and sincerity.
- Humble: Unpretentious and self-aware, you take responsibility for your mistakes. You know that egos are barriers to doing our best work and always learning.
- Community focused: You believe what is created in community is always better than what is created in isolation and excellence is created through collaboration.

**How to Apply**

We value your interest in Bosa Properties. While we can only respond to shortlisted applicants, we will keep your information on file and consider you for future opportunities as they come available.
