We’re the largest financial institution based on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands, and we’ve got an opportunity for you. We are looking for an Insurance Concierge, so if you’re passionate about customer service and insurance, we’d like to hear from you.

**What’s the role?**

As an **Insurance Concierge**you are responsible for greeting and directing clients to the most effective service channel under direct supervision. This includes greeting incoming clients promptly and courteously, directing them to appropriate areas for further assistance, and informing clients of new service options. It also involves assisting clients to connect with the appropriate broker through the kiosk and processing payments for clients. The Insurance Concierge plays a vital role in enhancing client engagement and satisfaction while promoting Coastal Community’s mission through effective administrative support and client service.

Your duties will include:

- Greeting incoming clients promptly and courteously and direct to appropriate areas for further assistance
- Inform clients of new service options and encourage adoption of the use of the temporary kiosk
- Assist clients to connect with the appropriate broker through the kiosk
- Process payments for clients
- Assist with office admin tasks such as mail and courier and answering phone calls.

**What are we looking for?**
- Highschool diploma
- Completion of two (2) years post-secondary; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Ideally, you are a flexible, collaborative team player with:

- Demonstration of a professional manner in speech, conduct, and appearance
- A practical knowledge of related computer skills and understanding of the operation of a PC
- Ability to operate general office equipment and knowledge of office procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience would be an asset

**Career Band Range (Annual Salary) - $45,100.00**

The posted salary range is designed to reflect a broad career band, encompassing a variety of roles within our organization and serves as a general guideline. Your final compensation will be tailored to your unique skills, experience, and the responsibilities of the role.
