Full Cycle Bookkeeper/office Administrator

Surrey, Canada ACME GLASS Full time

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Prepare job reports, invoices, statements, and financial reports
- Record/collect accounts receivable and payable transactions
- Strong communication and trustworthy relationship with customers
- Prepare bank reconciliations as well as credit cards statements
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll and payroll remittances by using our payroll software
- Prepare detailed account reconciliations, including charges, adjustments, and payments
- Post Journal Entries
- Manage workflow and multiple tasks
- Maintain accurate office records, bookkeeping and inventory
- Assist with answering phone and responding to customer inquiries
- Assist with job accounting and product price set up
- Report Bi-Weekly Financial activities to management
- Other office tasks as required

**Attributes & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience and 4 years in office environment
- Experienced with QuickBooks or equivalent software required
- Excellent customer service, organizational, communication, time management and interpersonal skills
- Proficient user of excel word and outlook
- Positive Attitude & Punctuality

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
