We are seeking a highly experienced IAM expert to join our team of cybersecurity architects and business analysts. You will act as an technical advisor in a team responsible for conducting IAM assessments and developing IAM and zero-trust roadmaps.

You should possess an extensive knowledge of the trends in the IAM market and a strong background in designing and implementing IAM and PAM solutions. Your ability to offer expert advice and direction to the team is crucial.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop detailed and comprehensive IAM roadmaps that aligns with organization's strategic objectives
- Conduct a thorough analysis of existing IAM solutions and identify gaps and vulnerabilities
- Prepare detailed reports with recommendations based on findings
- Produce design and architecture documents to facilitate the implementation of new, proposed or current IAM solutions
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to IAM and PAM solutions
- Develop policies, procedures, and guidelines for IAM and PAM based on industry best practices
- Assist in establishment of the Architecture practice, and the adoption of an architecture and standards methodology.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 5+ years relevant experience in architecting IAM solutions
- Deep knowledge of IAM trends, best practices, and industry standards
- Thought leadership: ability to produce publishable deliverables (white papers, demos...)
- In-depth and design experience with at least two of the following products: CyberArk, Beyond Trust, SailPoint IQ, Brainwave GRC, Ping Identity, Okta, One Identity, ForgeRock, Net IQ, AWS IAM, Microsoft Entra & Azure AD
- Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, PIM, JIT, RBAC, and other security concepts.
- Expertise in IAM related protocols including: SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, Okta and CyberArk CDE is a plus
- Ability to write clear documentation.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to all stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver high quality output
- English required / French is a plus
