PHARA is seeking customer service oriented individuals to join our team.

You will play a vital role to the organization by performing cleaning and maintenance at PHARA’s three North Bay locations, including 280 Oakwood Avenue, 200 Oakwood Avenue, and 122 Massey Drive. The position has a standard shift (but not limited to) M to F, 730-230 pm and may include additional hours scheduled for maintenance. The position may include on-call duties one weekend per month paid at a per diem rate.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in facility cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Health and Safety experience.
- Valid driver’s licence, insurance, and access to personal vehicle.

PHARA est à la recherche de personnes ayant une forte orientation vers le service à la clientèle pour rejoindre son équipe.

Vous assumerez un rôle essentiel au sein de l'organisation en assurant le nettoyage et l'entretien des trois sites de PHARA à North Bay, notamment le 280 Oakwood Avenue, le 200 Oakwood Avenue et le 122 Massey Drive. Le poste est basé sur un quart de travail standard (mais non limité à) du lundi au vendredi, de 7h30 à 14h30, et peut nécessiter des heures supplémentaires pour les travaux d'entretien. Le poste peut nécessiter de quarts de travail sur appel pendant une fin de semaine par mois, rémunérés à un taux journalier.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Une expérience dans le nettoyage des installations et l'entretien de base.
- Des excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle.
- Une expérience dans le domaine de la santé et de la sécurité.
- Un permis de conduire valide, avec assurance, et l'accès à un véhicule personnel.
