**Summary of Job Description**:

- Manages and coordinates the administrative and operational staff, systems, and activities that ensure optimal functioning and maintenance of all building properties;
- Directs the maintenance of all building systems including mechanical, electrical, PIT equipment, conveyance, technology (PTL, GTP), fire/life safety, plumbing,, and waste management (recycling program);
- Obtains and reviews contractor bids for items below the procurement dollar threshold, determines appropriate contractor, and ensures contractor adheres to quality, scheduling, budgetary guidelines and standards;
- Oversee contractors engaged for facility renovation, repair projects, and PMs;
- Coordinates and communicates schedule to DC operational staff of any and all repairs, renovations, or PMs that require downtime of key areas or equipment
- Prepares and implements preventive maintenance schedules;
- Oversees general maintenance of buildings, parking, grounds, infrastructures, PIT equipment, conveyance, and technology (PTL, GTP);
- Ensures facilities maintenance work follows safety standards, conforms to specifications, and work orders are tracked and completed within the budgeted guidelines;
- Oversee the security card access systems for DC building locations
- Have thorough understanding of supply chain systems, processes, and technology
- Have knowledge of distribution facilities and associated technology such as conveyor, PIT equipment, PLCs, etc.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills and excellent communication skills (oral and written)Internal to Worldpac and Carquest Operations Teams and EHS Leadership

External with vendors and contractors for break/fix needs and contract negotiation
- Ability to drive change, to work with people, and help influence decision making across all levels of the organization
- Outstanding organization and interpersonal skills
- Possess a sustainability mindset
- Manage risk appropriately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
