**What is CarInspect?**
CarInspect provides automotive inspection services across Canada. Our platform connects inspection requesters (our customers) with service providers (inspectors).

We perform various types of inspections (pre-purchase, post-purchase, troubleshooting) for different types of vehicles.

**Your Tasks**:

- Conduct thorough and detailed vehicle inspections (mechanical, functional, and test drives) for our clients, and produce inspection reports using our app.
- Inspect multiple vehicles at the same dealership site.

**Here is how it works**:

- You receive a notification when an inspection becomes available near your location.
- You can accept the inspection if you are available to complete it within 48 hours.
- You schedule the inspection with the dealership.
- You visit the dealer to perform the inspection.

**Important information**:

- Part-time / Freelance work.
- Must be available during dealership business hours.

**Profile Required / Essential to apply**:

- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Recognized Automotive Service Technician in Canada: 310S, 310T, Red Seal, DEP, or another certification from your province.
- Understand, write, and speak English.
- Mechanic, Workshop Manager, or equivalent role.
- Minimum three years of experience in general mechanics.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (summer and winter).

**Tools Required**:

- OBD2 scanner.
- Smartphone with data.

**Terms and Conditions**:
Job type: Part-time - 10 hours per week.
Working days: May vary, primarily Monday to Friday.

Pay: From $65.00 per hour
