**Job Description**:

- Serves as the primary liaison between our vendors and Techo-Bloc to identify, select and purchase products.
- Tracks orders to ensure delivery on schedule, while communicating updates or potential delays to stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster effective communication and collaboration
- Partners with accounts payables team to handle billing issues.
- Assists with supplier and cost evaluation of new production materials.
- Support various Techo-Bloc departments (Sales, distribution,logistic, accounting, etc) to coordinate procurement needs and materials. Communicates supply issues and answers questions, as needed.
- Monitor performance of specific strategic initiatives and provide insight on actions to improve overall category performance.
- Participates in developing tools to augment procurement functions, reporting and tracking.
- Develop and monitor key metrics and performance analysis on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Utilize data and analytics tools to evaluate procurement and inventory data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a purchasing, buying, analytic role or similar role.
- Experience working within an ERP system (SAP or Microsoft AX is preferred).
- Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, etc)
- Detail Oriented, with the ability to understand large datasets
- Strong communication skills to be able to articulate complex ideas
- Collaborator with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams
