**The Role**
As a key member of our team the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to the Managing Director and Senior Management at Naturally Pacific. This role involves managing daily operations within the executive office, coordinating schedules, handling communication, and ensuring that the Managing Director team is well-supported to achieve their goals.

**Your contributions to the team include**:

- Assist the Managing Director and Senior Management with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and setting up conference calls or virtual meetings. Take minutes and track action items as necessary.
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned.

**A few things we are looking for in a new team member**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the hospitality industry or a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Must be a self-starter
- Proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
