Material Supply & Logistics (MSL) is seeking a Yard/Warehouse Labourer. The incumbent works within the store and is responsible for preparing deliveries / returns and ensures all shipments of construction materials, tools, equipment, construction signage, message boards and miscellaneous items are complete and have been accurately picked.

Location: 3150 Rideau Road

Day Shift Hours: 7am - 5pm

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Processing orders through a computerized shipping system; computer skills are required.
- Performing functions associated with sorting of incoming goods and putting away product.
- Performing final review and checking items for all outgoing order shipments for accuracy
- Work in an office/warehouse/yard space environment
- Knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Assists with loading and unloading orders with the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Assists with overall warehouse / yard storage and maintenance.
- Be able to speak clearly on the phone and to process data entry requests.
- General clean-up of the warehouse and work areas.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 5-7 years of construction-related experience (sewer and water experience preferred)
- Deep knowledge of construction materials is an asset.
- Warehousing experience is an asset.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Able to read and complete waybills clearly
- Solid communication skills, oral and written.
- Positive and respectful attitude
- Math aptitude
- Own CSA-approved steel toe boots (required)
