**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipper/Receiver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes within our warehouse environment. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that all packages are accurately processed, tracked, and delivered on time, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

**Duties**
- Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all packages are received and dispatched accurately.
- Utilize warehouse management systems and software for tracking inventory and managing orders.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move products within the facility.
- Perform order picking tasks to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Utilize basic math skills for measuring, weighing, and calculating shipping costs.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems; experience with MRP systems is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to operate forklifts; certification may be required.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to lift heavy packages as needed and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
