**What Have to Offer**:

- Starting wages of $17.00 hourly + ($0.65 Soil-Sort Premium) with a competitive incremental increase plan up to $21.67

**Availability Requirements**:

- Required to work _every_ Saturday and Sunday
- Statutory holidays
- Additional hours are available Monday to Friday (6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM)

**Job Summary**:

- The Soil-Sort department sorts the soiled linen that comes back from our customers. In the Soil-Sort department, you will open bags of soiled linen and empty them onto a conveyor belt. Then you stand on a line where you sort through various linen types so that similar linens can be washed together.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organizing carts that come back from customers in the receiving area
- Opening bags of soiled linen
- Emptying bags onto a conveyor belt
- Grabbing linen off the conveyor belt and sorting them into buckets
- Communicating with the team

**Qualifications**:

- Great track record of attendance
- Availability to work every Saturday, Sunday, and Statutory Holidays
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs, stand for 9 hours a day, and repetitive movements
- 1-2 professional reference
- No previous work experience is required
