**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of field staff.
- Train and develop field staff in their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of field staff.
- Ensure that field staff are compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve field operations.
- Identify areas for improvement in the field operations process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the field.
- Maintain accurate records of field operations.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
