**The Camp Maintenance Role** is a hands-on position that requires a mature, responsible, and service oriented person to conduct daily, weekly, and as needed maintenance services, repairs, and janitorial duties for a rotational basis for projects across British Columbia. Due to the remoteness of many of our site’s resourcefulness, and inventiveness are key to being successful in this role.

**Who you are**:

- Experienced with Remote rotational work.
- Familiar with Facilities maintenance, Mechanical operations such as generators, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
- Comfortable working closely with Managers on any client relations, professional attitude is a must
- A self-starter, with a keen Attention to detail is important
- A team player, a master at being able to think outside the box for solutions

**Job Qualifications**:

- Previous construction or maintenance experience required
- Valid Driver's License
- Physically demanding job. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems with remote guidance
- Strong decision making and resourcefulness
- Proficient computer skills. MS Office programs (Word, Outlook), and mobile devices,

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage both reactive and preventive maintenance systems
- Constant monitoring of all camp systems including (but not limited to) diesel generators, water makers, septic systems, plumbing, kitchen appliances, etc.
- Conducting regular maintenance of generators including oil and filter changes
- Complete minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs as needed
- Prioritize safety around the c& participate in daily safety meetings
- Monitor inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain communication with supervisor, complete daily maintenance logs and reports

**Physical Requirements**
- Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch for long periods of time
- Repeat the same movements including, reparative movements of hands and wrists
- Use muscles to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 50 lbs
- Reach with hands and arms
- Use hands to handle objects and tools

**Pre-employment requirements**
- Valid tickets for job requirements
- Completed drug and alcohol clearance
- Valid BC Driver's license and clear abstract
- LandSea health and safety and company policy orientations
- Health Questionnaire
- Valid government issued identification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
