NSB Transport is looking for Full-Time Office Admin for our Office location in Bolton, ON
Monday to Friday 9am
- 5pm
**_Your duties and responsibilities will be: _**
- Managing Accounts Payable/Receivables including bi-weekly payroll for drivers, invoicing, Vendor payments, weekly bank deposits.
- Supporting Dispatch with tracking and tracing shipments, Data Entry, ACE/ ACI
- Accurately reporting Driver/Trip expenses and handling trip sheets, trip envelopes
- Liaison between drivers and customers, scheduling appointments and reporting delays to all the parties involved.
- Preparing month end reports and closing accounts.
- Other ad-hoc duties

- Strong written and Oral Communication
- Multi-tasking, time managements skills.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, must be tech-savvy
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $18.56 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

- Bolton, ON L7E4E8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- DCS / DEC (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Admin: 1 year (preferred)
