Hamilton Mobile Wash is seeking a motivated, reliable, and physically fit DZ Driver/Crew Leader to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of driving experience in various road conditions.
- Valid DZ Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must reside in the Hamilton area with a personal vehicle.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle.
- Power wash fleets and equipment using a pressure gun and brush with the team.
- Pressure wash equipment, tractor-trailers, and facilities.
- Transport crew to out-of-town locations.
- Refuel trucks daily (water and diesel).
- Maintain Ministry logbooks.
- Ensure equipment is operational and materials are stocked.
- Keep the truck cab clean.
