**Job Overview**

We’re seeking a motivated, customer-focused Snap-On Tool Truck Operator to service automotive repair shops, dealerships, and technicians across Toronto and surrounding areas. This role combines entrepreneurship, technical expertise, and relationship-building to deliver exceptional service while driving a mobile business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Route Management & Customer Engagement
- Drive a branded Snap-on truck to pre-established and new customers on a regular schedule.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with automotive professionals, understanding their tool needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales & Product Expertise
- Demonstrate and sell Snap-on’s premium tools, equipment, and diagnostics.
- Educate customers on product features, warranties, and financing options (e.g., Snap-on Credit).
- Inventory & Business Operations
- Manage truck inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels of high-demand tools and seasonal items.
- Process transactions, track sales, and maintain accurate records using Snap-on’s proprietary tools/software.
- Customer Service Excellence
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly, including warranty claims and order follow-ups.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow your customer base through referrals and outreach.
- Truck Maintenance & Compliance
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and branded to Snap-on standards.
- Adhere to all safety, traffic, and business regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Must Be Local: Reside in or near Toronto with the ability to service the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions.
- Valid Driver’s License: Full Class G (or equivalent) license with a clean driver’s abstract (no major violations or DUIs).
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with automotive tools/repair processes (mechanics, technicians, or sales experience in the automotive industry is a strong asset).
- Sales & Relationship Skills: Proven ability to engage customers, close sales, and nurture professional relationships.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Self-motivated with the ability to manage a business independently (inventory, finances, growth strategy).
- Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a mobile environment.
